SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship exclusively to countries within the European Union.

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States or any other destination outside the European Union. We're working on it so soon we will bring an opportunity to those riders there. 

Shipping availability is determined by the destination entered at checkout. If your country cannot be selected, we are currently unable to deliver to that destination.

VILLAIN DROP — SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed during the VILLAIN Drop will not be dispatched immediately.

Order preparation will begin after the drop closes on Thursday, 30 July 2026. Due to the limited-release format and the volume of orders, parcels will be prepared and dispatched progressively.

Please allow up to 7 business days after the drop closes for your order to be prepared and handed over to the carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. All orders will be shipped with tracking.

Delivery times shown at checkout apply from the moment the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, not from the date the order was placed.

During launches and periods of high demand, carrier delays may occur. Once the parcel is in transit, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping provider.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact info@bydistinct.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has entered preparation or has been dispatched.

1. Where is my order shipped from?

All kits are handproduced and shipped directly from our house located in Spain(EU). Manufacturing at house allows us to keep quality high while still offering EU-wide delivery without customs delays.

2. Production lead-time

Because every kit is 100 % handmade, we need 1–4 business days to adapt design, cut and and laminate the vinyl before dispatch.

3. Estimated transit times after dispatch

We ship all orders using UPS Standard with tracking.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs:

— Standard orders: €6.99
— Orders placed during apparel drops: €9.99

During apparel launches and periods of high demand, order preparation may take longer than usual. Any specific preparation or dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page and during checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the parcel has been handed over to UPS. Delays caused by the carrier, public holidays or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

  • Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may incur IGIC/IPSI and customs-clearance fees payable by the customer on delivery.

Note: Times are guidelines and start once the parcel leaves Poland. Peak seasons may add 2–3 extra days.

4. Tracking

As soon as your parcel is collected you will receive an automated e-mail containing:

  1. Your tracking number.

  2. A direct link to the carrier’s website.

5. Delays & issues

  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (strikes, weather, customs, etc.).

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, e-mail us within 24 h at info@bydistinct.com with photos and we will find a solution for you.

6. Customs & import duties (outside the EU)

Import duties, taxes or local charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are paid upon delivery.

7. Incorrect or undeliverable address

Please double-check your address before checkout.

  • Wrong address: if the package is returned, reshipping will incur a new shipping fee payable by the customer.

  • Absent recipient: the carrier usually makes 2 attempts before storing the parcel at a pickup point.

8. Policy changes

DISTINCT DESIGNS STUDIO S.L. reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Revisions will be posted here and become effective on the publication date.
